Romantic love poem audio books

I have collected romantic love poems (Liebesgedichte) for many years, I have so many that it often causes me problems when I come to read through them. It seemed ashame to keep them all locked away in a folder. I decided that it would be a good idea to put them all on an audio book, this way other people could enjoy the love poems which I had collected over the years. I approached a recording studio and told them of the idea, they thought it was a great idea, and told me that after we had recorded the Audio book they would then put me in touch with a book company who would put them on general sale for me.

I put all of my poems together and pulled out one love poem which I felt was one of the greatest, to record at the front of my audio book. It was all about a girl who planned to marry (heiraten) the man of her dreams. I had over 1000 poems but picked out the best 60 of them to put on my Audio book. It took over three days in all to record, but I felt that the end result was well worth the effort. I approached the book shop and they put my audio book on general sale. As valentines day approached my audio book sales went from strength to strength. I was getting hits on my website every hour of the day, and most of the hits turned into sales. 

The ultimate was when I was approached by a celebrity who wanted to play one of the poems off my audio book at her wedding. For me this was just the icing on the cake, I got a mention in a celebrity magazine and from that day forward my audio book sales have rocketed.
